The contest was aimed at encouraging those building a splendid coastal town along Myongsasipri (4 kilometer-long beautiful sandy beach) on the east coast of Korea and generalizing successes and experience gained through socio-political activities.

University students livened up the atmosphere in the construction site by waging at least 300 rounds of agitation activities that began with welcoming builders going to work.

Students of Kim Il Sung University and Pyongyang University of Computer Science presented male chorus "We Are Mallima Riders", short play "Single Mind" and other numbers.

Those of Hwangbuk University, Wonsan University of Fisheries, Hamhung University of Chemical Engineering, Kim Je Won Haeju University of Agriculture and other universities conducted diverse agitation activities and rendered sincere material and moral support to encourage builders to work miracles and perform feats.
