Present there from the DPRK side were officials of the Foreign Ministry and from the Venezuelan side were the vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela and his party and the charge d'affaires ad interim of the Venezuelan embassy here.

At the talks the two sides informed each other of the situation of the two countries and discussed detailed issues for further developing the bilateral relations in various fields.
