Such behavior of the Japanese reactionaries infuriates the Korean people as it is a base and impudent racial discrimination and abuse of human rights, says Minju Joson Thursday in a commentary.

It is just an inescapable moral obligation and responsibility of the Japanese authorities to include kindergarteners of the Korean schools in the list of the free-of-charge system.

The Japanese authorities' such mean action against naive children is just an extension of their protracted hideous policy hostile to the DPRK and a revelation of their ill intention to utterly stamp out the democratic national education by the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and the nationality of the Koreans' community in Japan.

While paying lip-service to "dialogue without condition" with the DPRK in public, the Japanese authorities are desperately abusing the Chongryon and the issue of national education among Koreans in Japan in a bid to attain their sordid political goal. This clearly proves that the Japanese authorities remain unchanged in their sly black-hearted intention.

The Japanese authorities' desperate pursuance of hostile policy toward the DPRK and employment of crude methods will only bring them to disgrace and isolation in the international arena and political ruin.
