Reinstatement of Sacked Workers Demanded in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, August 30 (KCNA) -- Part-time workers held a press conference outside the building of "GM" in demand of the reinstatement of sacked workers, according to the south Korean CBS on August 26. Speakers accused the management of taking an unreasonable step for dismissal on the pretext of business depression. They said that they would launch an indefinite group hunger strike until the sacked are reinstated. At the end of the press conference, they went into hunger strike. |
