On show in the hall are more than 700 pieces of various Korean dresses and wedding dresses for men and women and children's dresses and over 70 pairs of leather shoes made by teachers, researchers, creators, technicians, skilled workers, students and housewives across the country who specialize in Korean costumes.

During the exhibition there will be a workshop and experience presentation on the successes and experience gained in developing and disseminating techniques of processing Korean costumes.

Attending the opening ceremony were Jon Kwang Ho, vice-premier of the Cabinet, officials concerned, officials of units participating in the exhibition, teachers, researchers, technicians, skilled workers and others.

A fashion show took place on the same day.

The exhibition will last till September 6.
