The message extended sincere greetings to Kim Jong Un, the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people in the name of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 71st founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Ever since its foundation, the DPRK has progressed along the path of making creation and strengthening people's power despite constant threats from the imperialists, becoming an example of brave struggle for sovereignty and justice, the message said, and continued:

Under the leadership of the WPK, your country has gained admirable successes in the development of economy, national defence, science and culture.

The standard of people's living has steadily been improved and the socialist system is being successfully built in your country.

These achievements provide excellent life to the people today, giving them confidence in the future.
