Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Congratulates Syrian President

Pyongyang, September 11 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Wednesday sent a congratulatory message to Bashar Al-Assad, president of the Syrian Arab Republic.

In the message the Supreme Leader extended his warm congratulations and greetings to the Syrian president on his 54th birthday.

Being pleased with the fact that the new successes have been achieved in the struggle of the Syrian leadership and people for defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity these days, he wished the Syrian president good health and success in his work.
