Victor Manuel Lucas, international secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the People of Spain who is leading its delegation on a visit to the DPRK, handed the gift to Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Wednesday.
