DPRK Players Prove Successful in 8th Asian Cup Diving Game

| Pyongyang, September 11 (KCNA) -- DPRK players bagged one gold medal, two silvers and two bronzes in the 8th Asian Cup Diving Game. The game held in Malaysia brought together ace men and women players from 10 countries and region including China, Singapore and Uzbekistan. DPRK player Kim Mi Rae won a gold medal in the women's 10 meter platform diving. Ri Kwon Hyok and Kim Kyong Sim won silver medals in the mixed 10 meter synchro platform event and Ri Kwon Hyok and Kim Mi Rae silvers in the team game. Ri Kwon Hyok came third in the men's 10 meter platform diving and Jo Jin Mi third in the women's 10 meter platform diving. The DPRK players came back home on Wednesday. |
