| Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho on Sept. 12 sent a congratulatory message to Aurelien Agbenonci upon his reappointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Benin. The message wished him greater success in his work, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger. |
