The gift was conveyed to Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, on Friday by Phankham Viphavanh, member of the Political Bureau and permanent secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the LPRP and vice-president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on a visit to the DPRK as head of the delegation of the LPRP.
