Pak Pong Ju Inspects Co-op Farms in South Hwanghae Province

Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the WPK, made field survey of several co-op farms in South Hwanghae Province.

Making rounds of co-op farms in Ongjin, Kangryong and Yonan counties of the province, he learned about the damage of crops and arable lands and encouraged officials and working people in their struggle to eradicate the damage caused by the typhoon.

He held a field consultative meeting to do away with damage.

The consultative meeting discussed the measures to get rid of the damage as soon as possible.
