Saying that the traditional and good relations of friendship and cooperation between the parties, governments and peoples of the two countries are now developing on a daily basis, the message pointed out that the leadership, all the departments, organizations and members of the DPEG and its supporters are celebrating Sep. 9, the 71st founding anniversary of the DPRK, more splendidly than ever before.

Upon authorization of Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, founder and chairman of the DPEG and head of the state and government, the general secretary extended his wholehearted congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the WPK and the government and people of the DPRK, the message noted.

The message hoped that the historic day would be significantly celebrated.
