The Guinean president in the message extended his heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people and government of Guinea and on his own behalf on the 71st founding anniversary of the DPRK.

He also mentioned that on this occasion he looked back upon the courage and noble patriotism displayed by President Kim Il Sung, who went though all difficulties to found the DPRK.

The message conveyed to Kim Jong Un the Guinean people's heartfelt thanks for all the efforts made by the DPRK government for the harmonious development of the Guinean government.

It reaffirmed the will of the Guinean president and government to boost the bilateral relations in various fields together with Kim Jong Un, expressing satisfaction over the good relations of friendship and cooperation existing between the two countries.

It paid the high tribute to Kim Jong Un, congratulating the brave Korean people on their holiday.
