The head of state in the message extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people and government of Algeria and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the DPRK, and wished him good health and happiness and the friendly people of the DPRK greater progress and prosperity.

The head of state affirmed that he would make efforts together to strengthen the bonds of traditional friendship and solidarity between the two countries in the interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
