In the message the acting president extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the government and people of the Republic of Zimbabwe and for his part on the occasion of the 71st founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The message said that Zimbabwe positively appreciates the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and will strive to steadily boost the relations between the two states and two peoples.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and success in his important work.
