They included delegations of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, the Mexico-Korea Friendship Association and the Mexican Committee for Supporting Korea's Peaceful Reunification, a Nepalese lawmaker, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) who is ex-deputy prime minister of Nepal, the chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Politics and other personages of various circles in Nepal, the secretary of the Chamberlain of the Egyptian Presidency and the chairman of the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea.

They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and art pieces of the President standing together with the Chairman and paid tribute to them.

Meanwhile, floral baskets were sent to the DPRK missions by the foreign ministers of Cuba and Algeria, several organizations of China and the Venezuelan embassy in Beijing in the period between September 3 and 9.
