The president in the message extended the sincerest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people and president of Montenegro on the occasion of September 9, the founding anniversary of the DPRK and national holiday, and wholeheartedly wished the DPRK greater progress and all the Korean people greater wellbeing.

He expressed his thanks to the DPRK for having sent a message of greeting, which served as another confirmation of mutual respect, to Montenegro on the occasion of its national day.
