Li Xiaolin said that the diligent and brave Korean people have achieved great successes in developing the economy and improving the people's standard of living under the guidance of President Kim Il Sung, H.E. Kim Jong Il and Chairman Kim Jong Un in the past 71 years. Today the Korean Party and people are struggling to carry out a new strategic line true to the leadership of Chairman Kim Jong Un, he added.

He stressed that the China-DPRK relations would further develop by the common efforts of the two parties and peoples of the two countries under the care of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Chairman Kim Jong Un this year marking the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

Ji Jae Ryong referred to the immortal exploits of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for the foundation and development of the DPRK and noted that the Korean people single-mindedly united around Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un would surely build a prosperous powerful socialist country.

Saying that the Chinese people are greeting the 70th founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with Xi Jinping at the core, he added that he would work hard together with Chinese comrades for widely developing the bilateral relations in various fields this significant year falling the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
