Choe Ryong Hae Meets Congratulatory Group of Koreans in Japan

Pyongyang, September 18 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a talk with a congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan for celebrating the 71st founding anniversary of the DPRK led by Ri Jae Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Audit Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Wednesday.
