The event was attended by scientists, technicians, teachers, researchers and officials of relevant units including Pyongyang Agricultural College of Kim Il Sung University, Phyongsong University of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Kim Je Won Haeju University of Agriculture, the Microbiological Research Institute of the State Academy of Sciences and the Zootechny Institute of the Academy of Agricultural Science.

Presented there were more than 80 treatises on the successes made in the dynamic scientific research and production for implementing the policy of the Workers' Party of Korea on animal husbandry.

A lecture and a video show on the current situation of rabbit breeding and production and use of protein-rich food were given for the participants.
