Present at the meeting were officials of the DPRK Red Cross Society, school youth and students. Also present were the members of delegations of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross working here, and diplomatic envoys and staff members of missions of international organizations here.

There were a contest of school youth and children on the first aid including cardiopulmonary resuscitation and bandaging.

Then the participants enjoyed an art performance given by youth and students.
