It was attended by teachers, researchers, technicians and three-revolution team members of relevant units including Kim Il Sung University, Wonsan University of Agriculture, Hamhung University of Chemical Engineering, the State Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Agricultural Science and the Chollima Steel Complex.

Presented were more than 400 hypotheses and ideas that can contribute to vitalizing the important sectors of the national economy including power, coal, metal, chemical and machine industries and railway transport, increasing the agricultural production, realizing the home production of light industrial goods with locally available raw and other materials and developing the core and basic technologies such as IT and bioengineering.
