Present on invitation were members of a delegation of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola led by Pedro De Morais Neto, member of the Political Bureau of its Central Committee and secretary in charge of Combatants and Veterans' Affairs.

On hand were Ri Su Yong, politburo member and vice-chairman of the WPK Central Committee, and officials of the International Department of the Party Central Committee.
