Wreaths Laid before Bust of Anti-Japanese War Heroine Kim Jong Suk

Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- Wreaths were laid before the bust of the anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong on Sunday, the 70th anniversary of her demise. Seen at the bust was a wreath that goes by the august name of Kim Jong Un, Supreme Leader of the Workers' Party of Korea, the state and the armed forces of the DPRK. Present at the wreath-laying event was senior officials of the Party and government Pak Kwang Ho, Thae Hyong Chol, Jon Kwang Ho, officials of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea, officials of power organs, the Cabinet, working people's organizations and national institutions and officials of enterprises and working people in Pyongyang. Present there were No Kwang Chol and other officials of the armed forces organs. Wreaths in the names of the C.C., WPK, the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and the DPRK Cabinet, working people's organizations, national institutions, armed forces organs, the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill and the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill were placed at the bust of Kim Jong Suk. The participants observed a moment's silence to the memory of the precious revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Suk. Meanwhile, officials of local party and power organs and working people's organizations, working people, youth and students and service personnel of the People's Army laid bouquets before the statues of Kim Jong Suk in Hoeryong City and Kim Jong Suk County and at Kim Jong Suk Naval University and other places across the country before making a bow. |
