DPRK Team to Play Semifinal in 2019 AFC U-16 Women's Championship

| Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The DPRK team is to play a semifinal of the 2019 AFC U-16 Women's Championship now underway in Thailand. In the championship which began on September 15 teams from eight countries and regions played league matches, divided into two groups. The DPRK team in Group B trounced its Vietnamese rival 10:0 and its Chinese one 4:0. It defeated its south Korean rival 3:0 on September 22. It took the first place in the group and advanced to semifinals. |
