At the Sinuiju Cosmetics Factory and the Sinam Co-op Farm in Ryongchon County he underscored the need to increase the production of quality cosmetics and deepen active research and development of new products, and harvest crops without any loss based on thoroughgoing preparations.

The field consultative meetings discussed the measures for officials to vitalize the production through proper strategy for management and business and careful economic arrangement and command, and to improve the supply service for the employees.
