Seen on the upper part of the sheetlet are letters reading "The Grand Mass Gymnastics and Artistic Performance 'The Land of the People'". And depicted on its stamps are scenes of the grand mass gymnastics and artistic performance showing the history of brilliant victories the Korean people have won, displaying the independent dignity under the guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea, as well as the true picture of socialist Korea where dreams and ideal of the people are being translated into a reality.

Also, issued were eight individual stamps dealing with Pyongyang Teachers Training College, Pyongyang Taedonggang Seafood Restaurant, Samjiyon Orchestra Theatre and various cactuses.
