Describing Pro-Japanese Element as Patriot Censured in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean online newspaper Jaju Sibo, the association for the restoration of south Korea made public a statement on October 10 in denunciation of the behavior of the governor of Chilgok County, North Kyongsang Province to describe a pro-Japanese element as a patriot. The statement disclosed that the governor was mulling awarding the "certificate of an honorary inhabitant of the county" to Paek Son Yop who had recorded pro-Japanese acts. |
