Rodong Sinmun Slams Japanese Authorities' Crime against Humanity
Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- Despite an avalanche of criticism at home and abroad, the Japanese authorities ultimately excluded the kindergartens of Korean schools from the "program for free education and upbringing of children" enforced on Oct. 1.

Rodong Sinmun Wednesday, in a commentary, condemns this as a naked act hostile to the DPRK and an intolerable crime against humanity.

The Japanese reactionaries have taken not a few mean and cheap actions against the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) and the Koreans in Japan so far, but this time they committed the worst-ever crime against Korean children, overshadowing even their hearts, the commentary says. and goes on:

It is an unpardonable crime through centuries that they practiced state discrimination and persecution against the issue of upbringing children in order to stamp out the democratic national education of Chongryon at any cost and to put into effect the "theory on natural destruction" of the Korean community in Japan as soon as possible.

We can never tolerate the fascist act of violence and crime against humanity of the Japanese reactionaries that practiced the harsh discrimination and persecution against even the innocent children for the one reason that they are Koreans.

It's very shameless of the Abe regime to repeat "no-condition dialogue" with us at present. But as long as they resort to bad actions as now, they can never open the door to the DPRK and get rid of their miserable fate of being marginalized from the Korean peninsula issue and the political trend of the world.
