Chairman of DPRK SPA Meets Speaker of State Duma of Russian Federation

| Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song, chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) who is leading the SPA delegation on a visit to Russia, met and had a talk with Byacheslav Wolodin, speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, at the building of the State Duma on Tuesday. Present there were members of the delegation and the charge d'affaires a.i. of the DPRK embassy in Moscow, the first deputy speaker of the State Duma and others concerned. The speaker said that the historic DPRK-Russia summit meeting and talks injected great vitality into the development of the friendly relations between the two countries and expressed his stand to promote exchange and cooperation with the SPA in the future, too. |
