The socialist law-governed state of Juche is a genuine country of the people where the law defends the people and the most advantageous country where the people observe the law, says Rodong Sinmun Thursday in an article, and goes on:

In the DPRK socialist constitution and all other laws are enacted to reflect the demands and will of the people and legally represent their independent rights.

In the DPRK the Party's policy for the people-first principle reliably preserves the independent and creative life of the people and ensures a high-degree political stability.

In the DPRK the people accept it as demand of life rather than a duty to work and live as required by the socialist laws and regulations and voluntarily observe the law and take an attitude befitting masters in fight against illegal phenomena.

All the officials, Party members and other working people should cherish the pride and honor of being in the genuine country of the people where the law defends the people and the people observe the law and create the atmosphere of law observance so as to make a tangible contribution to glorifying the DPRK as the most advantageous socialist law-governed state in the world, stresses the article.
