Marathon Race of DPRK Championships Held

| Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) -- Some days ago, a marathon race (42.195km) of the DPRK Championships took place in Kwangbok Street of Pyongyang with more than 140 men and women players attended. Kim Nam Myong of the sports team of Kim Chaek University of Technology and Ri Jong Sim of the Amnokgang Sports Team won the championship in the men's and women's race for the second straight year. Meanwhile, men players from Amnokgang and Pyongyang sports teams and women players from the sports team of Kim Chaek University of Technology and the April 25 Sports Team took the second and third places. |
