Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- Deputy to the State Duma of Russia from the Liberal Democratic Party Andrei Svintsov, vice-chairman of the Committee of Information Policy, Intelligence Technology and Telecommunications of the State Duma, left here for home on Friday after visiting the DPRK as delegate of the party.
