They chanted slogans demanding the inclusion of kindergartens of Korean schools in the program of free education and upbringing of children and distributed handbills among Japanese passers-by.

Noting that the Japanese authorities' unreasonable suppression of national education can never be tolerated, they said that they would keep on propaganda activities to inform the Japanese people of the truth behind the exclusion of kindergartens of Korean schools from the program.

They stressed that they would fight it out to secure the right to national education.
