S. Korean Organizations Denounce U.S. Pressure

| Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- Organizations of south Korea such as the People's Joint Action and the People's Action for Peace against War had a rally in Jongro District, Seoul, on November 16 to denounce the U.S. for its pressure on south Korea to extend the general security of military intelligence agreement with Japan and pay more for the upkeep of the U.S. forces in south Korea, according to Yonhap News of south Korea. On the same day "Citizens' Action to Denounce Abe for Distorting History, Invading Economy and Threatening Peace" had a rally in Jongro District, Seoul to blast the U.S. for forcing south Korea to extend the general security of military intelligence agreement. It stressed that scrapping the agreement with Japan is requirement and order of the people. |
