Presentation of Successes in Soybean Farming Opens

Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- A presentation of successes in soybean farming opened with due ceremony under the co-sponsorship of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea at Sci-Tech Complex on Tuesday.

Over 100 papers were submitted to the presentation which was attended by over 40 units, including Kim Il Sung University, the Academy of Agricultural Science, rural economy committees of all provinces and cooperative farm management committees of cities and counties.

During the presentation, the participants will hear lectures "The world trend of the development of bean-growing technique," etc. and watch videos.

The presentation will continue until Dec. 6.
