Attending the festival are teachers, researchers, graduate students and students of the university.

Presented to the festival were more than 250 achievements and over 70 scientific ideas conducive to the development of basic science and economy of the country and education at the university.

The festival will be held in the forms of presentation and exhibition of sci-tech achievements and ideas, exhibition contest among different units and exchange of new technologies, divided into 10 panels including basic science, material and chemical industry, and education science.
