The festival held in Moscow from Nov. 25 to Dec. 3 brought together children from some 30 countries including the DPRK, Russia, Belarus, Germany, France, Iran and Cambodia.

At the festival, children of Kyongsang Kindergarten played a collection of world-famous songs on the theme of Korean folk song "Arirang" in a characteristic way, with clear, melodious, soft and unique timbre of Oungum, a proud instrument of the Korean nation, and diverse ways of execution.

The quartet ensemble also made a splash at a performance of selected pieces in the festival on Nov. 29.

At the end of its performance, the participants in the festival and the audience spared no admiration and praise, presenting bouquets to the Korean children and cuddling them.
