In the message, the Kuwaiti emir said he was pleased to extend his warmest congratulations and sincere best wishes to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the New Year 2020.

The message continued:

Availing myself of this opportunity to share pleasure with Your Excellency, I wish the New Year to be a year of wellbeing that security and peace will settle in the whole world and happiness and prosperity will be brought to all peoples.

The message wished Kim Jong Un good health and hoped the excellent relations between the two friendly countries and two peoples would grow stronger.
