All the agitprop forces and means are mobilized to encourage the working people and stir up their zeal.

Seen at worksites and in streets of the country is the slogan "Let Us Break Through Head-on All the Barriers to Our Advance!" set forth at the 5th Plenary Meeting of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. Also there are such large slogan-boards as "Struggle to safeguard the Party's policies", "Self-reliance" and "Self-development" and news-boards.

TV and other media intensively show programs explaining the basic idea, the basic spirit of the Plenary Meeting of the WPK Central Committee.

Meanwhile, agitation activities by members of the women's union and itinerant art squads in rush hour and by brass bands of students and loudspeaker cars are giving strong impetus to the working people's revolutionary advance.

Encouraged by such appealing agitation activities, the DPRK people have hardened their will to take the lead in today's offensive for making a breakthrough head-on.
