Depicted in the stamps are pine-tree, bamboos and sweet briers, together with letters reading "Pine-tree keeping its green in snow", "Undying bamboo in fire" and "Sweet briers not withering in the sea wind and the hot wind".

The stamps show the faith and will of the Korean people to work greater miracles and feats in the struggle for achieving prosperity by dint of self-reliance.
