The reporter and speakers said that the line of launching an offensive for making a breakthrough head-on set forth at the historic Fifth Plenary Meeting of the Seventh Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea is the great programme which indicates a way of breaking through the unprecedentedly arduous difficulties, defending to the last the country's sovereignty and supreme interests and building a paradise on earth where all people enjoy happiness and comfort, and expressed full support for it.

They noted that donating blood, sweat and life without hesitation to the road of patriotism for the country's sovereignty and dignity and the destiny and future of the nation is the strong disposition and tradition of the Tangun nation. Chondoists are facing a heavy and honorable task to turn out in the gigantic and creative offensive of self-reliance and self-development for the earlier bright future and demonstrate wisdom and strength, they stressed, and went on:

All the Chondoists of the DPRK should be mindful of the important task entrusted to them by the times and break through all the barriers to the advance of building a paradise on earth and powerful socialist country by their own efforts under the unfurled banner of achieving prosperity by dint of self-reliance.

They expressed the resolution of the officials of the C.C., the Chondoist Chongu Party and all the Chondoists to fulfill the responsibility and duty as a friendly party of the WPK in the on-going great march of self-reliance to resolutely destroy the U.S. and hostile forces' policy towards the DPRK and realize the great ambition and ideal of building an earthly paradise by launching a dynamic offensive for making a breakthrough head-on.

A relevant decision was adopted at the plenary meeting.
