The reporter called on the officials of the union to fully discharge their duties in pushing one of the two wheels of the chariot of the Korean movement in Japan by making epoch-making progress in the union work in hearty response to the idea of launching an offensive for making a breakthrough head-on set forth at the historic 5th Plenary Meeting of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

She referred to the tasks and ways for achieving epoch-making advance in building up the union into a strong overseas women's organisation of Juche Korea and for carrying out the national education work and all other patriotic tasks.
