The Hyogo Prefectural Headquarters of the youth league has taken an active part in the one million-signature campaign to protest against the unjust maneuvers of the Japanese authorities who excluded kindergartens of Korean schools from the "program for free education and upbringing of children" system since October last year.

The Korean young people in Japan distributed handouts to passers-by and collected signatures.
