If the officials slid into oblivion of the WPK's noble idea and intention of loving care for the people, from then on they are no longer qualified for the leading participants in the revolution. Slighting the people and encroaching on their interests precisely mean the renunciation of revolution and the betrayal of the people.

It is the revolutionary nature of the WPK to lead the people with full responsibility for their destiny.

As the WPK has never had even a moment's thought of its existence and a stride forward in the revolution without regard for the people's fate and life, it dealt a telling blow at such activities alien to the Party as despising the people and encroaching on their interests and at abuse of power, privileges, bureaucratic practices and irregularities and corruption.

All the officials should keep in mind the intention of the Party that convened the enlarged meeting, make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people every moment and thus make a positive contribution to giving full play to the greatness and vitality of the people-first idea of the Party.
