DPRK's Line on Self-reliance Lauded by Russian Organization

Pyongyang, March 3 (KCNA) -- The Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in the Far Eastern Region of Russia posted on the website an article under the title of "Choice of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea" to prove the validity of the idea on launching an offensive for making a breakthrough head-on set forth at the Fifth Plenary Meeting of the Seventh Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The plenary meeting was held in the spotlight of the international community, the article said, and went on:

Despite the sincere efforts by the DPRK for peace and security on the Korean peninsula, the hostile forces remained unchanged in their moves to stifle the DPRK.

The decision of the DPRK in such a situation was the issue of the greatest concern of the whole world.

The slogan "Let Us Break Through Head-on All the Barriers to Our Advance!" set forth in the DPRK at the end of last year strongly demonstrated that the country would not give up its dignity which it has so far defended as valuable as its own life in the hope of gorgeous transformation and that the persistent stifling moves of imperialists would neither work on this country nor check its vigorous advance for building a powerful socialist country.

The decision of the DPRK dealt a terrible blow to the imperialists and made the international community believe that the Korean people would surely build the powerful socialist country by dint of the strength for self-development despite severe trials and challenges.

The offensive for making a breakthrough head-on is the most just and wise option to cope with the prevailing condition.

Firm is the faith of the DPRK to break through head-on all the barriers by dint of self-reliance and self-development, defend the dignity of the country and the gains of revolution and achieve national prosperity.
