Last year, a world-level center for hot spring cure and sports and cultural activities appeared in Yangdok area of South Phyongan Province and large-scale vegetable greenhouse farm and tree nursery in Jungphyong area of Kyongsong County, North Hamgyong Province, under the wise leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea which has adhered to the people-first principle in socialist construction.

The individual stamps show the public service facilities, outdoor spa and passage built on the highest level in terms of architectural beauty and conveniences at the hot spring resort and a village of the Jungphyong Vegetable Greenhouse Farm built into a model of socialist rural modern houses.

Seen in the sheetlet are stamps depicting the mark of the resort and indoor and outdoor spas, ski ground and horse-riding park against a panoramic view of the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort.

The sheet carries a stamp showing the hydroponic greenhouse with the vegetable greenhouse farm for a background.
