Campaign for Preventing COVID-19 Brisk in DPRK

Pyongyang, March 10 (KCNA) -- More strict measures are being taken in the DPRK to prevent COVID-19. Quarantine places have been tightly closed and such hygienic measures as ventilation and disinfection taken in the places. The state urged the relevant units to strictly observe the regulations in dealing with waste water from the quarantine places and disinfect their surroundings in a responsible way, while tightening the control of all transport means staying at the border passing spots and coming into territorial waters, air and land. And relevant units are required to prevent the overflowing of slop pail from the vessels quarantined in the territorial waters of the country and the lower Taedong River. In particular, they have strengthened the control for making vessels in quarantine at temporary berths not to throw sewage into the Taedong River and territorial waters. |
