Going round the production process of humic acid compound fertilizer newly set up at the Sariwon Organic Compound Fertilizer Factory, he stressed the need to positively introduce advanced science and technology and take measures for supplying raw materials, so as to boost the production of fertilizer conducive to the growth of crops and higher yield.

At the Nampho Medical Appliances Factory, he stressed the importance of such issues as pushing ahead with the updating of the factory and increasing the production of goods on the principle of giving priority to quality over quantity.
